What to write to us about
Corrections. If a commission rate, tier, cookie length, payout rule or program status on this site is wrong or outdated, tell us. Please include:
- the URL of the page on Crypto Affiliate,
- what is wrong and what the correct information is,
- a link to the official source, such as the brand’s affiliate page, terms or help center article.
A link to the official source makes the difference. We verify every correction against the brand’s own materials, as described in our methodology, so a report with a source can be checked and fixed much sooner than one without.
Program updates from brands. If you manage an affiliate program and your terms have changed, send us the updated terms page or announcement. We’ll compare it with what we have and update the listing. The same standard applies to everyone: we publish what official sources show.
Partnership inquiries about listings. If you represent a brand and want to discuss how your program is listed, for example missing information, a new program track or a status change, email us with the details. Listings are based on published terms, so the most useful thing you can send is a public page we can cite.
Missing programs. Know a crypto affiliate program we should cover? Send the link to its affiliate page. We add programs that are crypto-focused and publish verifiable terms. We don’t list wagering platforms, all-or-nothing options products or multi-level marketing schemes.
Broken links and site issues. If a page doesn’t load, a link is dead or something looks wrong on your device, let us know the page and what you saw.
What we can’t help with
We can’t help with account problems, deposits, withdrawals or missing commissions at an exchange or other brand. Please contact that brand’s support or your affiliate manager directly. We also can’t give financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Response expectations
We read every message. Correction requests with an official source get priority, and we may reply to ask for more detail before we change anything. We can’t promise a reply to every message or a specific turnaround time, but verified corrections are applied to the site once we have confirmed them.
