- Commission
- IB RevShare = % of spread and trading commissions on closed positions of referred clients, by status (rolling 30-day revenue / active clients): Bronze 35% (default), Silver 40% ($100 / 5), Gold 45% ($500 / 50), Diamond 50% ($2,000 / 100), Elite 55% ($5,000 / 200). Status is re-assessed after a 30-day maintenance period and can be downgraded. Marketing headline 'up to 70% revenue share' applies via custom deals/offers. Affiliate CPA = one-time fixed payout per new, unique client; tier set by CPA FTD (cumulative deposits within 24h of first deposit) and the client's country; qualification uses an ML traffic-quality assessment (FTD, engagement, trading activity) and the client must reach required volume within 365 days. CPA up to $1,500 (official landing page). Hybrid RevShare+CPA deals available as custom deals.

PrimeXBT is a multi-asset trading platform: crypto futures alongside CFDs on forex, indices and commodities. Its partner business, PrimeXBT Partners, is built like a forex broker’s rather than a crypto exchange’s, and that shows in the terms. Instead of one revenue-share offer, you choose between two tracks with different contracts, different payouts and a different relationship with your traffic. Pick the wrong one and you either wait months for income you needed now, or sell lifetime value for a one-off fee, so that’s where this review starts.
RevShare or CPA: the choice that shapes everything
When you sign up at primexbt.partners, you register either as an Introducing Broker (IB), which pays revenue share, or as an Affiliate, which pays CPACPA A fixed one-time payment you earn when a referred user completes a set action, such as passing KYC or making a first deposit. More. Both are governed by the Affiliates & Introducing Brokers Agreement v.5.
| IB (RevShare) | Affiliate (CPA) | |
|---|---|---|
| What you earn | 35%–55% of spread and trading commissions | One-time fixed payout, up to $1,500 |
| Duration | As long as clients trade | Once per qualified client |
| Driven by | Client trading activity | First deposit size and client country |
| Start | Bronze 35% by default | Offer and GEOs confirmed by your Account Manager |
| Main risk | Slow build, tier downgrades | Client fails qualification |
A hybridHybrid A payment model that combines a one-time CPA payment with an ongoing revenue share, usually at a lower percentage than pure RevShare. More deal, part RevShare and part CPA, is also available, but only as a custom offer negotiated with your Account Manager.
When RevShare is the better call
Revenue share rewards patience. It suits YouTube channels, trading educators, Telegram signal groups and SEO sites whose readers trade for months. Your income compounds as active clients pile up, and you keep earning on every closed position. The 365-day, ML-scored qualification hoops of the CPA track simply don’t apply.
When CPA is the better call
CPA suits media buyers and anyone paying for traffic. You know your payout per qualified client, so you can calculate whether a campaign is profitable within weeks instead of waiting for trading activity to cover your ad spend. It also removes your exposure to clients who deposit, trade briefly and leave.
A quick break-even check
Here’s a way to compare the two using PrimeXBT’s own numbers. A $1,500 CPA, the published maximum, equals the RevShare you’d earn from a client generating about $4,286 of spread and commission at Bronze (35%), or about $2,727 at Elite (55%). If you believe your typical client will produce more than that over their lifetime with PrimeXBT, RevShare wins. If not, or if you can’t wait, CPA wins. Your actual CPA offer depends on the GEO and deposit tier, so rerun the math with the figure your Account Manager gives you.
The IB revenue-share ladder
IB commission is a percentage of the spread and trading commissions on your referred clients’ closed positions. Status is set by your rolling 30-day revenue and number of active clients.
| Status | RevShare | Rolling 30-day revenue | Active clients |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 35% | Default | Default |
| Silver | 40% | $100 | 5 |
| Gold | 45% | $500 | 50 |
| Diamond | 50% | $2,000 | 100 |
| Elite | 55% | $5,000 | 200 |
Two details catch people out. First, only closed positions pay. Your dashboard may show turnover from open positions, but it earns nothing until those trades close. Second, status is reassessed after a 30-day maintenance period and can go down as well as up. A quiet month can drop you a level. The “up to 70%” figure on the landing page applies to custom deals and offers, not to the standard ladder.
How the CPA track qualifies a client
The CPA is a one-time payment for each new, unique client. Its size depends on two things: the client’s country, and the CPA FTD, which PrimeXBT defines as the client’s cumulative deposits within 24 hours of their first deposit. A client who deposits twice in that first day counts as one larger first-time depositFTD First-time deposit: the moment a referred user funds their account for the first time. Many CPA deals pay only after an FTD. More.
Qualification goes further than a deposit. PrimeXBT scores traffic with a machine-learning quality assessment that looks at the FTD, engagement and trading activity, and the client must reach a required trading volume within 365 days. The exact CPA tables live inside your partner account. Public pages only state the $1,500 ceiling.
An ML score you can't see decides whether a CPA client qualifies. Run a small test budget per GEO first, check how many FTDs actually qualify, and only then scale. PrimeXBT may also withhold commission for up to 180 days if activity looks suspicious.
How to join PrimeXBT Partners
Sign-up is self-serve, with no minimum traffic requirement to join.
- Pick your track and register. Create an IB (RevShare) or Affiliate (CPA) account at primexbt.partners/sign-up.
- Grab your tracking link. In the partner portal, go to Dashboard > Promote. You'll also find QR codes, banners and landing pages there.
- Complete KYC/KYB. Upload ID and proof of address. Registration works without them, but you need KYC (or KYB for a company) before Partner Status and before any payment.
- Agree your offer. On CPA, your Account Manager confirms your offer and eligible GEOs. On RevShare, you start at Bronze 35% straight away.
- Add payment details. Choose BTC, USDT (TRC20 or ERC20) or bank wire, then request payment once your balance reaches the threshold.
Getting paid
Commissions are calculated daily, covering the previous day, at 04:00 UTC. Payouts are on request: you click Request payment and PrimeXBT usually processes it within one business day.
- Crypto: BTC or USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, with a $50 minimum-payoutMinimum payout The smallest balance you must earn before the program pays you. Earnings below it usually roll over to the next period. More.
- Bank wire: $1,000 minimum, and every request needs an invoice, either auto-generated or uploaded.
- High-volume partners: custom payout terms are available.
Sources disagree on timing and minimums. The landing page says "no minimums", while the help center sets $50 for crypto and $1,000 for wire. The help center describes daily calculation and on-request payouts, while the Agreement says RevShare accrues weekly and CPA is paid monthly or as agreed. We use the help-center figures; your Partnership Offer overrides both.
Traffic rules and the GEO problem
PrimeXBT accepts a wide range of traffic: websites and SEO, mobile apps, social media, YouTube and streams, Telegram, WhatsApp and Discord communities, email marketing and paid ads. The paid-ads rules are strict, though:
- No brand-biddingBrand bidding Buying search ads on a brand's own name, such as 'Bitget login'. Most crypto programs ban it and can void your commissions. More. You must add PrimeXBT brand terms as negative keywords in every search campaign.
- No competitor brand keywords in ads.
- If PrimeXBT flags an infringing keyword, you have 60 minutes to remove it.
- No rake-back or cashbackCashback Returning part of your commission to the user, for example a share of their trading fees. Some sites build their whole business on it. More schemes, so you can’t offer users a share of your commission.
- No instant direct redirects from other domains, doorway pages or irrelevant traffic.
- No spam, multiple accounts or self-referralSelf-referral Signing yourself, or extra accounts you control, up through your own affiliate link to earn commission. Almost every program bans it. More.
The bigger constraint is geography. PrimeXBT isn’t available in the United States, United Kingdom, EEA countries, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Ukraine, Belarus, Afghanistan, Iraq or North Korea, and traffic from restricted jurisdictions isn’t paid. That rules out most tier-1-geosTier-1 GEOs Wealthy, high-paying countries such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Western Europe. Traffic from them pays more and costs more. More in one go. What’s left is mostly Latin America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, and you should still check each target country against the GEO list your Account Manager confirms. One useful detail: partner links automatically redirect to mirror domains where primexbt.com is blocked, so you don’t lose clicks in markets with patchy access.
PrimeXBT’s products include leveraged crypto futures and CFDs. Promoting them carries real responsibility: say clearly that leveraged trading can lose more than a beginner expects, and check local rules on advertising derivatives. Our crypto affiliate compliance guide covers disclosures.
Tracking, tools and support
The partner dashboard reports clicks, registrations, FTDs, trades and commissions, and there’s a Reports section and a Partner API. PostbackPostback A server-to-server message the program sends to your tracker when a conversion happens, so you see sign-ups and deposits as they occur. More support isn’t documented, so CPA media buyers should ask their Account Manager before connecting a tracker. Our postback and SubID guide lists what to request.
Every partner gets a dedicated Account Manager. Long-term partners can also earn Loyalty Programme rewards at lifetime-revenue milestones: physical prizes such as gadgets, watches, travel and even cars, with cash alternatives. Sub-affiliates are allowed with prior disclosure and KYC/KYB, and the landing page advertises up to +20% on sub-affiliate business, with the exact rate set in your Partnership Offer.
Who PrimeXBT suits
Strong fit: forex and multi-asset trading educators, IB-style community leaders and media buyers working emerging-market GEOs. The forex-broker structure, CPA option and mirror-domain links are built for these partners.
Poor fit: anyone whose audience sits in the US, UK, Europe or Australia, and spot-crypto content aimed at long-term buyers. Those readers either can’t sign up or won’t trade enough to move you up the ladder.
Alternatives to compare
If your traffic is European or British, PrimeXBT pays nothing on it. Look at exchanges that accept those users instead, such as OKX or Bitget, checking each one’s own GEO list. For a crypto-only futures program with published tiers, BloFin pays 40–50% lifetime with hourly USDT settlement. Bybit’s affiliate program is the large-brand comparison. Browse the full exchange affiliate programs list for more.
Verdict
PrimeXBT Partners gives you a real choice between RevShare and CPA, and its RevShare ladder is published down to the dollar. Low $50 crypto payouts, a dedicated manager and mirror-domain links are real strengths. The limits are just as concrete: a huge restricted-GEO list that covers most tier-1 markets, a CPA qualification process scored by a model you can’t see, monthly tier reassessments and strict ad rules. Choose RevShare if your audience trades for months; choose CPA if you buy traffic in eligible GEOs and want to know your return per client fast.
