Paybis is a fiat on-rampOn-ramp A service that lets people buy crypto with regular money — cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay. An off-ramp does the reverse. More and off-ramp: people use it to buy crypto with a card, bank transfer or e-wallet, sell it back to fiat, or swap between coins. That positioning shapes the affiliate deal. You are not earning on trading volume or swaps between altcoins, but on the moment someone turns euros or dollars into crypto — usually a beginner, often a first-time buyer.

The program lives on the Paybis referral page, which Paybis calls its “Bitcoin Referral and Affiliate Program”. There is no separate affiliate terms document, which is the first thing you should know before you join.

How Paybis pays affiliates: 20% for the life of each referral

The model is a straight revenue shareRevShare You earn a percentage of the revenue a platform makes from your referred users — on exchanges, usually a share of their trading fees. More. You receive 20% of Paybis’s commission on every purchase made by a user you referred. The important word is “every”: once someone registers through your link and makes a transaction, Paybis says they remain your referral forever. That is a true lifetime-commissionLifetime commission You keep earning from a referred user for as long as they stay active, with no end date written into the deal. More, not a 90-day or one-year window.

In plain English

Paybis earns a fee each time someone buys crypto. You get one-fifth of that fee — this month, next month and every time the same person comes back to buy again, for as long as they keep using Paybis.

Why the lifetime part matters: fiat on-ramp users are often repeat buyers. Someone who sets up a habit of buying a small amount of bitcoin every payday through Paybis keeps paying you without any extra work on your side.

Larger partners can go beyond 20%. Paybis says enterprise partners with established communities can negotiate a higher share, and it openly offers to beat a partner’s existing program. If you already earn from a competing on-ramp, bring your numbers.

Paybis also states that its average affiliate earns at least $800 per month and that larger partners earn six-figure recurring payouts. Those are Paybis’s own marketing claims, not figures we can verify, and averages hide a wide spread. Plan on your own traffic, not on the average.

The second tier: 5% from webmasters you invite

Paybis runs a two-level structure. Besides your own referrals, you earn 5% from the referrals of webmasters you bring into the program. If you run an affiliate community, a newsletter for publishers or a Telegram chat for affiliate managers, that sub-affiliateSub-affiliate An affiliate you recruit into a program. You earn an extra commission on what they bring in, on top of your own direct referrals. More layer can add up. Our sub-affiliate programs guide covers how to recruit sub-affiliates without breaking spam rules, and our crypto affiliate communities guide lists places where publishers gather.

What changed from the old Paybis affiliate portal

Paybis used to run its program on an iDevAffiliate portal with different terms. That portal is gone, the old paybis.com/affiliate-program/ URL and the help-center affiliate articles now return 404, and the current figures come from the live referral page. If you find an older review quoting different numbers, this is why.

The current deal is better on rate and duration and worse on the minimum. The bigger issue is documentation: with no standalone terms page, your rules are the marketing copy. Screenshot the referral page when you join and ask your account manager to confirm anything that matters to you — cookie length, refunds, restricted countries — by email.

Paybis has two very different partner offers, and they suit different businesses.

The referral/affiliate link is for publishers. You share a tracking link and earn 20% of Paybis’s fee on your referrals’ purchases. Paybis lists social media communities, high-traffic websites, YouTube creators, merchants accepting crypto, educators and marketers as the target audience. There is no embeddable widget in the affiliate offer itself; it is link-based.

The B2B white-label On/Off Ramp and Swaps is for products. Wallets, dApps and games integrate Paybis’s ramp so users can buy and sell crypto inside the app. Paybis advertises coverage of 180 countries and 48 US states, no-KYCKYC Identity verification: users upload an ID (and often a selfie) before they can trade or withdraw. Many crypto commissions start only after KYC. More small purchases from $5 for gamers, SSO, a native iOS and Android SDK, and swaps at under 0.5% fee. This route is sales-led with flexible fees agreed in the deal, not a fixed revenue share. If you are building an app, compare it with MoonPay’s integrator fee model, where you add your own markup on each order.

How to join the Paybis affiliate program

  1. Create a Paybis account. Sign up at paybis.com (or log in) and activate the account from the email link. One affiliate account per user is allowed.
  2. Open Offers. In the dashboard go to Offers → All to find your affiliate link.
  3. Customize the tracking link. Create separate links for each site, channel or campaign so you can see what converts.
  4. Add payout details. Enter a SEPA bank account or a Bitcoin address for automated monthly invoices.
  5. Invite other webmasters. Share your program link with publishers to earn the 5% second tier.
  6. Talk to the team at scale. Once you have volume, contact your account manager about terms above 20%.

Paybis promises real-time access to affiliate account managers, which is useful given how much of the program lives outside written terms. Sub-ID and postbackPostback A server-to-server message the program sends to your tracker when a conversion happens, so you see sign-ups and deposits as they occur. More support are not documented.

Getting paid

Paybis pays monthly once your balance reaches $50, with automated invoices. Choose SEPA bank transfer if you want euros in your bank account, or Bitcoin if you prefer crypto. The former portal’s 2.5% payout fee is not mentioned on the current page; confirm it with your manager if fees matter to you.

Traffic rules and restrictions

Paybis bans brand biddingBrand bidding Buying search ads on a brand's own name, such as 'Bitget login'. Most crypto programs ban it and can void your commissions. More, so do not run search ads on “Paybis” or its misspellings. The older affiliate FAQ also prohibited darknet traffic, adult content, drugs and illegal markets; the current page does not repeat that list, but assume those bans still apply. Restricted regions and affiliate KYC requirements are not disclosed, so ask before you target a specific country. Our compliance guide explains why on-ramps are especially sensitive to local rules.

Conversion tips for Paybis traffic

On-ramp visitors are nervous. Many are making their first crypto purchase and worry about fees, verification and whether the coins will actually arrive. Your page converts when it answers those questions before they click.

Walk through the purchase. A short, honest step-by-step — create an account, verify identity, choose card or bank transfer, enter the wallet address, confirm — removes the fear of the unknown. Screenshots of the flow help more than any banner.

Be specific about wallets. A first-time buyer needs somewhere to receive the coins. Pair your Paybis link with a wallet recommendation and a sentence on why they should hold their own keys; our wallet affiliate programs page covers products you can recommend alongside it.

Write per country. Payment methods and local rules differ, and a “how to buy bitcoin in Germany with SEPA” page beats a generic “how to buy bitcoin” page for both search ranking and conversion. Check with your manager that the country is served first.

Finally, play the long game. Because the share is lifetime, an email list or community that keeps buyers coming back is worth more than a spike of one-off clicks.

Paybis vs other on-ramp affiliate programs

ProgramWhat you earnDuration
Paybis20% of Paybis’s fee + 5% tier 2Lifetime of the referral
ChangellyUp to 50% of Changelly’s fee on buysNot disclosed
MoonPayPrivate Impact rate, or own markup as integratorNot disclosed

On paper, Paybis’s 20% base sits below Changelly’s headline, and MoonPay does not publish its creator rate at all. But Paybis is the only one of the three that commits in writing to paying for the full lifetime of each referral, and the only one with a second tier. If your audience buys repeatedly, a smaller share that never expires can beat a bigger share with an unknown end date. Our CPA vs RevShare vs Hybrid guide shows how to compare them.

Who the Paybis affiliate program suits

  • Beginner-focused content: "how to buy bitcoin with a card", "first crypto purchase" guides, country-specific buying guides.
  • Communities with repeat buyers, where the lifetime share compounds.
  • Publishers who can recruit other webmasters for the 5% tier.
  • Wallets and games that want a white-label ramp, through the B2B route.

It suits pure altcoin-swap audiences less well; there, ChangeNOW’s volume-based share or Changelly’s 50% fee share fit the intent better. If you want another fiat-first option, see the Coinmama affiliate program.

Verdict

Paybis offers a clean deal for fiat on-ramp traffic: 20% of its fee on every purchase, for the lifetime of each referral, plus 5% from sub-affiliates and monthly payouts from $50 in SEPA or Bitcoin. For beginner buying guides, the lifetime element is the main attraction.

The weak points are paperwork and transparency. There is no dated, standalone affiliate terms page, no published cookie window and no public list of restricted regions. Join, document what you were promised, and compare it with the other options in our swap and on-ramp affiliate programs category.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the Paybis affiliate program pay?

Paybis pays 20% of its own revenue (commission) on all purchases made by your referrals. Once a user transacts through your tracking link, they stay your referral for life. Larger partners with established communities can negotiate more than 20%.

Does Paybis have a sub-affiliate program?

Yes. You earn 5% from the referrals generated by webmasters you invite to the program. Our sub-affiliate guide explains how second-tier earnings work.

What is the Paybis affiliate minimum payout?

$50. Paybis pays monthly once you reach that threshold, with automated invoices, by SEPA bank transfer or in Bitcoin.

Is the Paybis referral program the same as the affiliate program?

Yes. Paybis runs one combined Referral and Affiliate Program: any registered user gets a tracking link from the dashboard and earns the same 20% share. The separate route is the B2B white-label on/off-ramp for wallets, dApps and games, which is sales-led.

How long is the Paybis affiliate cookie?

Paybis does not publish a cookie window. A third-party directory claims one year, but Paybis has not confirmed it. Attribution is tied to the user registering through your link and making a transaction.
